This type of massage uses no oils and is performed through the clothing. Tension in the upper body (back, neck, shoulders, scalp, arms and hands are addressed. Chair massage is usually 10-20 minutes a person and is perfect for the office corporate health program or home spa parties.

Myofascial Release Massage
'Myo-' refers to muscle and 'fascia' is a type of web-like fibrous connective tissue found beneath the skin which serves as a kind of infrastructure for many of the smaller aspects of our bodies, such as blood vessels and nerves.  'Myofascial Release' is the application of slow, sustained pressure and movement on fascia in the body.  It helps to loosen restrictions, adhesions, and impingements thereby bringing relief to headaches, neck pain, low-back pain, fibromyalgia, and improving range of motion.

Reflexology
Reflexology is the application of specific pressure by the use of the practicioner's hands, thumbs, and fingers to points in the client's hands, feet, or ears which correspond to different reflexes of the glands, organs, and systems in the body.

Swedish Massage

Swedish, or Classic Western massage, incorporates a variety of strokes that vary from light to deeper pressure. This type of massage promotes well being and overall mind and body relaxation.

Sports Massage

A combination of stretching, compression and gliding techniques to help relieve and prevent muscle soreness and ease tired joints that result from over exertion.
